Refund policy

Our products are handmade and treated with care, 

they are send well packaged and in perfect condition.

You can contact us for questions concerning refund or returns by E-mail : 

Contact us within: 1 day of delivery
Send items back within: 7 days of delivery in perfect condition.( this also applies to the brand (Neubauer) Bag wich your product is packed in.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your
returned product , we Contact you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. when approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original
payment method. Please remember that it’s possible your bank needs time to process  the transaction.

Order cancelations are only possible if you request it within  24 hours of purchase.

Exchanges are not possible.

Custom, personalised and items on sale orders can’t be returned 

Return responsibility
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is
not returned in its original condition, the buyer is
responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues made by the courier:

 The damaged package must be reported to the courier
and checked together with the courier. The courier needs to confirm the damage of the package on paper .
To make a refund possible 
please send good quality photos of the damaged package and the
damaged product + the confirmation of the courier to the e-mail address

( pictures need to show the whole product and package not a small piece of it ).
